There are three possible solutions that you can explore.

Invalid certificate

If this is a wss:// URL with a self-signed certificate, you may need to add an exception to trust it manually. Please visit this link and accept the certificate:

Then reload this page. Note that it's not necessary to wait for the page to load once you've accepted the certificate, the page will appear to keep loading.

MQTT server not running

Is the MQTT server working properly? Maybe it is not running at this moment.

Try reloading this page to see if you are still connected to the network.

Alternatively, if things worked before, try to establish whether the MQTT server is currently active. If you are using a Valibox, try restarting the device.

Firefox and HTTP/2

If you are using Firefox, your browser may have tried to connect to the MQTT server using HTTP/2.

Open about:config and set the following flag to false:
network.http.spdy.websockets

Then, reload this page.
